Mary's Place is a transitional home for women recently released from prison or a rehabilitation center. It is named after the late Dr. Mary L. Avery. She was the original brain-child for Dawn Transitional Center many years ago. Her dream was recaptured in November 2017, as New Dawn Social Services and will continue to live on through others.

Located in the heart of Memphis, Mary's Place will provide women with the resources needed to make a successful transition. In addition to prayer and volunteers, we are requesting donations of the items listed below. We are requesting donations by February 13th in preparation for our grand opening.
